Go away from that.

Whatever you do, unless it's absolutely required by features, don't run
"T" software.

If you have to run "T", make sure that you get the most recent - which is,
if I remember correctly, 12.1(5)T10.  In your case, go to 12.2(16b), which
has all the "T" features, and huge heaps of bug fixes.
