>From a theoretical standpoint, 8500 pps X 64 bytes = ~4.3Mbits/sec, a
number that tends to rise (2-4X based on the few tests I've done) as
packet size makes its way up to 1500.  

But multilink PPP or per-packet CEF may change these numbers --
impossible to know for sure without testing.
