[nsp] 6503 + FlexWan problem?

Hi,

I've got a 6503 which we're trying to install a FlexWAN module into.
However, whenever we insert the FlexWAN into the chassis, it powers down,
and won't power on again. Remove the flexwan, and it powers up.

We've tried two flexwan's, so we're fairly sure it's not that. We've
tried a diffrent card in the same slot, and it works fine.

My instant response was that there wasn't enough power available, but
that seems fine:

rt0.ash#sh power
system power redundancy mode = redundant
system power total = 21.890A
system power used = 8.350A
system power available = 13.540A
FRU-type # current admin state oper
power-supply 1 21.890A on on
module 1 2.830A on on
module 2 2.830A - - (reserved)
module 3 2.690A on on

Has anyone else seen this before? Any suggestions?

The other cards are:

Mod Ports Card Type Model

  3 48 48 port 10/100 mb RJ-45 ethernet WS-X6248-RJ-45
