[nsp] 12.0(23)S and SNMP ?

Is there a reason not to upgrade to 12.0.24S?  I'm running 
rsp-k3pv-mz.120-24.S.bin on a 7513 and have not run into this...but this 
particular router hasn't been running this image for very long.
