[nsp] 12.2(13)T1 PPTP Broken?

Hi Dan,

looks like CSCdz47290 (PPTP fast/process switching broken when CEF is
enabled globally). Please try turning off CEF globally ("no ip cef") as
possible workaround in your configuration (perf-impact needs to be
evaluated).
