[nsp] IPSEC VPN tunnel teardown logging

I need to be pointed in the right direction regarding logging of a VPN
tunnel from a client to a router. I am good with Xauth but I need to
capture when the tunnel was torn down so I can get a report of how long
the tunnel was up. Has anyone done this or have suggests on hoe I can
capture the tunnel termination on a Radius log? 
 
7206 VXR, 3.6 Cisco client, MSFT ISA server for radius.
