[nsp] Multiple OSPF routing on a C6400 NRP1?

I feel like a total weenie.

That makes complete sense.  The 7200 we were migrating from had lots of
interfaces for the OSPF tasks to grab IP's from.

I guess the part that threw me was the fact that the command parser
wouldn't even take the config.
