[nsp] NPE 300 or 225 for atom?

The 225 is the only non-VXR compatible NPE that accepts 256mb RAM, no?  
Perhaps there are alot of people trying to squeeze a few more years out of 
their non-VXRs and need the 225 in order to do full BGP routes.
