1) EBGP peer to the providers loopback and have him do the same to you.
2) Make your default route's next hop the providers loopback address.
    ( ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 <providers loopback ip> )
3) Add route to providers loopback pointing to physical interfaces
    (ip route <providers loopback> serial0)
    (ip route <providers loopback> serial1)
    (ip route <providers loopback> serial2)
4) Have provider route your space to you in the same manner.
