[nsp] 6500's and MPLS

The requirements for any sup720 system are a new fan tray (FAN2) and 2500W or higher power supply (except the 3-slot chassis).

The box comes w/FAN2 & you must choose 2500W power supplies *if* you order sup720 as part of a configured system. 

Obviously, if you order it as a spare, it comes with nothing but the sup. That's why it's called a spare. ;)
