[nsp] Is OSPF EtherChannel aware?

If I build a 2xFE EtherChannel on a 7507, will OSPF know that the link 
is 200Mb and adjust its link cost accordingly?

If so, will it adjust the link cost down to 100Mb if one of the physical 
interfaces goes down?
