[nsp] GSR Engine 3 ISE cards with traffic shaping

Does any one have any idea how to enable traffic shaping on the new 4
port OC-12 ISE cards?
All the stuff on Cisco's web site states that they support traffic
shaping, but none of the technical documents deal directly with these
engines. I'd normally think that the traffic shaping would be enabled
the same way that they enable it for the other GSR cards, but those
commands aren't there for these interfaces (traffic-shape). So then I
thought that it's probably enabled in the standard way it's enabled on
any other Cisco platform (Service-map). When I do it that way, I don't
see any evidence of it being turned on. What is the deal? There isn't
hardly any ISE documentation on Cisco's site, except for the marketing
stuff and a brief blip about how much more advanced they are than the
rest of the cards and that it can do line rate services. What's the
deal? Any one have any idea how this is supposed to be enabled?

Thanks
