I can recommend SNMPc (Windows based):

www.snmpc.com, it's $995 for a standalone workgroup edition. First hand
experience with this product is very good. In particular, my favourite
feature is trended alarms - they are especially useful in alerting you of
the fact that you've been DoSd. :)
