I don't think you get then in any lower models than 5500.  I have no personal expirience from those, but I've heard they're a pain in the backside.  You might want to go for 6500.

However, 6500's are in a whole different league than the 3750's, especially in regards to pricing.

You might be able to "mix" this somehow, eg. by using vlan's on the 3750 and then trunking them to gigabit router (eg. 7200), having the router handle the netflow...
