[nsp] 12.2S on 7500: media-type mii no longer supported?

Must be "quality control" related.

On one of our 7200s (non-VXR, with the "classic" C7200-IO-FE-MII) the
command is still working fine - and so is the MII port in question.

FastEthernet0/0 is up, line protocol is up 
  Hardware is DEC21140, address is 00e0.a313.dc00 (bia 00e0.a313.dc00)
