[nsp] Supervisor engine 2 DRAM

The Sup2 and MSFC2 use the same memory. I have often ordered 512MB for the
MSFC2
and then moved the existing 256MB chip to the Sup2. The Sup2 will take a
512MB chip
as well, but its overkill.
