Yes good point, there is no problem in networking that money will not 
solve :)

Something like a 2611 or 2621 would do well here.  Just has to have 
double ethernet interfaces.

Whatever you do, do NOT redistribute the BGP table into OSPF and enable 
OSPF on the PIX.
Just want to throw that out there in case someone whispers to do that 
in your ear.
