[c-nsp] modem timeout?

Can we see your config?  You should also enable and send in the
following:

Config t
Service timestamp debug datetime msec
End
Sh ver | I IOS
sh spe ver !or whatever it is
debug dialer detailed !hidden I think
debug modem
debug isdn q931 !
debug ppp nego

Should give you a reason for the disconnect.  Might be some others you
should have on but the ones above might be a good start.
