Somewhere in 12.3 - it's not in 12.3(1a) (at least, in IPBase), I'm pretty
sure it's in 12.3(6).  Just double-checked my latest lab image, and
12.3(11)T has https: as well.  I'm not entirely sure how much point there is
in that for images, might be a possible application for secured transfer of
configs...

ISTR seeing it in some 12.2T, or possibly *shudder* 12.2X? also.
