[c-nsp] DSL termination on 7206VXR

Here are some snips from my config.  We use RADIUS for authentication.  All
customers are issued their IP via PPPoE.  Statics are issued via RADIUS.

Me too.  We are planning on an ATM DS3 to terminate them.  Comments and 
advice is also appreciated.  SBC is our ILEC.
