The main reason for the T train is that I'm trying to do some 
experiments with RBSCP.  Like an idiot, I didn't RTFM close enough to 
see that our little 7204 doesn't have the necessary guts to run the 
proper featureset to support it. 

Which begs another question, how does it get decided which featureset to 
include a particular feature?  We really, really, really need RBSCP and 
BGP both in an image small enough to fit onto 32M flash and 64M DRAM on 
the 1700's.  Why is RBSCP so special that it gets shoved into the really 
large AdvIPSvcs featureset?
