I've never seen this, but one of our 7200s keeps telling me that his
single power supply disappeared (and reappeared some time later)...

... so maybe you can also find some funnies in your logs...

I'm not sure what causes this, but it's been there in 12.0S for ages.  

Funny enough, this is our *only* 7200 showing this - others in a similar
hardware config (non-VXR, single PSU, same IOS) never do this.
