[c-nsp] Router stop after decompressing IOS

Hi All,

We have a problem with a new Cisco 1700 VPN router deployed yesterday.
After initial configuration on the router and a reload the router stop  
after decompressing IOS without starting.

Below the output form console port.

PS Someone pointed me to be a ethernet problem       ....
