[c-nsp] CT3 counters

I am running CT3IP-50 cards on 12.2(18)S4 and now 12.2(18)S6 and
the counters show funny things for t1 interfaces like:

  5 minute input rate 39290000 bits/sec, 3651 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 2777000 bits/sec, 2299 packets/sec

the next t1 channel:

  5 minute input rate 352000 bits/sec, 280 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 473000 bits/sec, 259 packets/sec

and the next one:

  5 minute input rate 24000 bits/sec, 36 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 217000 bits/sec, 38 packets/sec

and the next one:

  5 minute input rate 22099000 bits/sec, 2820 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 3282000 bits/sec, 2501 packets/sec

What the hell?!?!

Since these cards are EOL, am I SOL ?
