[c-nsp] Cisco to Nortel E1- PRI connection

Hello,

Has anyone made a Cisco to Nortel Meridian connection with an E1
interface?  We don't have the EURO software on the PBX so must use
either DMS100 or other 4/4ESS emulated connection.  With all configured
as such, the physical link and Dchannel come up, but in the PBX the
configured tie trunks come up as Idle * , which we believe is a
maintenance busy state, when placing a call, it does not go through and
the Dchannel message is BC Not Implemented?

Any help would be appreciated.
