No. the channelized STM1 (as well as other channelized adapaters) can
only terminate the circuits, you can't turn your c7200 into a MUX.. 

There is "Layer 2 Local Switching"
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios120/120newft
/120limit/120s/120s27/fslocal.htm, but this is limited to ATM, FR and
Ethernet and does not support the ch-STM1 on the 7200 (7500 only)

the data sheet is available at

t09186a008007d6c0.html. it only talks about demultiplexing the STM1.
