[c-nsp] Problems with WIC-1DSU-T1-V2

Hello,

    I have two routers, 3 T1s, 2 different customers.

1) Cisco 1721 with WIC-1ADSL and WIC-1DSU-T1-V2 running 12.3.10 (HDLC
T1 primary, PPPoE DSL backup)
2) Cisco 2620XM with 2 x WIC-1DSU-T1-V2 running 12.3.10 (MLPPP 2xT1
primary)

Both routers come up with flaky T1 connections. Sometimes they come
up in alarm state, sometimes they come up clear. Sometimes they
clear on their own, sometimes I can't get them to clear on a 5 foot
loopback cable. I have tested the T1s, they work perfectly. I can loop
the T1s back to my network and run clean for days. If I type 'clear
service-module serial 0/0' the WIC resets and sometimes it comes up
clear. When I do get the T1s up I can beat on them with 0 packet
loss, 0 errors.

I don't see any errors with the WIC starting up/loading. show
tech-support looks good. The T1s just stay down/down with the AL light
lit on the WIC

I'm thinking it is a software problem with the version 2 WIC. Does
anyone else see problems like this? Any solution?

-Matt
