	I made a minor change to mailman that should increase list
performance.

	this is testing to make sure that i actually have a clue when
hacking together python scripts :)

	my hacked up thing is here:

	it will attempt to deliver to all users at a domain at once
instead of getting them a few mins apart as some people
may have noticed.. this should help a number of users quite a bit.

	also, fyi: there are about 2270 members of the list
these days.
