[c-nsp] Strange 6509 Error

Crap.. I was afraid you'd say that....;)  Thanks for the input... We're
going to try a reload overnight just to see if the errors come right
back or not...

I'd open a TAC case - personally, I'd probably request an RMA on this
supervisor engine. I don't see any open DDTSs related to this error
message, I expect it is legitimately failing to write data successfully
to the FIB SSRAM.
