Unfortunately it's currently running 12.3(7) and the "file" option to  
reload warm appeard in 12.3(11).

But it might be possible to upgrade the internal flash fairly quickly  
if we can get the motherboard out the back without taking the whole  
router of its crowded rack.  ;)
