[c-nsp] boot images for 72xx to fix in 4M flash

I am pretty sure that c7200-boot-mz.120-24.S6.bin is the very last 12.0
one
that Cisco came out with that would fit. About 4-6 months ago I got a
bug up
my ass and downloaded and tested a number of boot images allegedly
for 4MB 7206s to find the most up to date one that would still fit.
Very shortly after that most of those images disappeared into the great
Deferred List in the sky.
