[c-nsp] IS-IS "advertise passive-only" doesn't work for IPv6

Hi,

I've noticed that

router isis
 advertise passive-only

or

interfaces POS2/1/0
 no isis advertise prefix

does work only for IPv4, but not IPv6 (at least in this multitopo
setup). Same behaviour in 12.2(25)S2 and 12.3(11)T2.

Can anyone confirm?
