[c-nsp] What are people using to monitor QoS??

Doing like "show policy-map interface X/X" will show you that your  
traffic is being marked and queued properly,
and show you when its kicked in, etc.

Using SAA/RTR stuff to monitor jitter may be a good option to look at  
"before and after" type stuff.
