You are referring to 12.2B train? I think this one is closed, so no new
features.
MIB Locator (http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/MIBS/MainServlet) shows
CISCO-IP-LOCAL-POOL-MIB supported only in 12.3(8)T and later as well as
some 12.3X releases.
