[c-nsp] drops on Vlan interface - sup720

Any ACLs on the interface?  Denied packets go into interface drops (at least sometimes, I don't recall any hard-and-fast rules that work on all platforms and all releases).  Anyone have a more definitive answer?  I'm not coming up with a handy pointer (just a recollection of 'thats where mysterious drops came from before').
