Please what IOS do you prefer for 4908G-L3  ?

I want use it on layer 3 .
My IOS is 12.0(14) but I think it is very old and incomplete .

Interface config, the egress interface towards the DHCP clients:

ip helper-address <DHCP server's IP address>
