I'm not really sure I understand your topology. What do you mean by "my
application is acting as P"?  What is "P"?

Some things to verify:
- do you have a targeted session between PE1 and PE2 (show mpls ldp
discovery)?
- are the loopback addresses configured as LDP router-id known and
configured as /32? I guess they are, otherwise you would not be able to
establish any PW..
- is "tag-switching ip" enabled on all PE-P interfaces?
