WS-X6748-GE-TX modules tend to draw a lot of power:

Slot Card-Type Watts A @42V Watts A @42V
---- ------------------ ------- ------ ------- ------
9 WS-X6748-GE-TX 277.62 6.61 277.62 6.61
10 WS-X6748-GE-TX 277.62 6.61 277.62 6.61
11 WS-X6748-GE-TX 325.50 7.75 325.50 7.75

Note that the module in slot 11 is a newer revision, which seems to draw
50Watt extra. Combined with a sup720 this adds up fast.

Mod Sub-Module Model Hw
--- --------------------------- ------------------ ---
  9 Centralized Forwarding Card WS-F6700-CFC 1.1
 10 Centralized Forwarding Card WS-F6700-CFC 1.1
 11 Centralized Forwarding Card WS-F6700-CFC 2.0

Adding DFCs ups the ante even more, but those might not be needed
depending on your traffic.
