[c-nsp] Viking ATA Flash card 16MB + Cisco 5505

Hi,

I´ve got a brand new viking 16mb flash card that not working with my Cat 
5505
When I try to format it it says:

Unknown device mfg id (00.00.00) error = 
-1 Format device flos0 failed (Unspecified error)

Why cant I use it? Do i have to use Ciscos own flash cards?

Can I format it with cisco filesystem with a program? Outside of the 
Catalyst?
