Hi John...

Our primary problem is that inbound traffic prefers the Tier1 routes
because our other 2 hop Tier 1 is farther away in AS hops.... we prepend
right now and do weighting to get around this.. was just wondering if
there was a way to make the 2 hop Tier1 look like 1 hop :)
