Actually, I think that link you just quoted has the solution to the 
problem in it.


Under "E2 restrictions":

- When you configure PSA ACL performance improvement on input and output 
interfaces on the same line card, the output ACL is processed by the CPU.

Which is exactly what I'm doing.

I can't choose *not* to have the performance enhancement
(i.e say "no access-list hardware PSA") because apparantly if I do this 
then ACLs stop working on E2 Linecards :(
