[c-nsp] Netflow output in hex or decimal

For us, either "as it is now" (hex) or "all in decimal" (new) would make
sense.

An option to switch display modes bears some danger, as you can end up
with cut-and-paste'd stuff in e-mails, without the information whether it
was decimal or hex mode - more range for confusion.

So if I had to decide, I'd go for "decimal only" - I have gotten used to
hex output, but I can see colleagues still getting confused.
