It depends on the platform.  On Cat4500 & Cat6500 the info is usefull, 
especially if you are chasing those GBIC serial #'s, Power Supplies and 
other components you can't remove. On smaller platform it doesn't add 
much (yet?). The 7200 is also quite limited for now.
