If your ISP is giving you a clear channel DS3, then the NM-1A-T3 won't do
it for you.  It is for ATM DS3 only.  Yes, you will need a different
module.  The NM-1TE3 is for clear channel and modules like NM-1CT1-CSU,
NM-1CT1, NM-2CT1-CSU, and NM-2CT1 for channelized T1.
