[c-nsp] MPLS for Sup720-3BXL / IOS feature set

Hello Kristofer,

Yes, it support mpls perfectly. Even more, if you don't need support for
wan cards (osm, sip etc.) then you can run s72033-ipservicesk9-mz.122-18.SX*.bin.
It's about 2 times smaller, so why keeping unnided modules?
Also i would recommend you use SXE-latest or try luck at SXF.
