According the the router performance PDF 
(http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/765/tools/quickreference/routerperformance.pdf), 
the NPE-300 can push 180 Mbit/s, using 64 byte packets.  It can 
probably do more in your environment (larger packets).

However, I wouldn't be so sure about pushing 200 Mbit/s bidirectionally 
(totalling 400 Mbit/s).  The NPE-400 (according the the PDF) can do 215 
Mbit/s, but I'm not sure if it'll do the aforementioned 400 Mbit/s...

You'd be safe with an NPE-G1, I have a couple of those doing this kind 
of traffic without breaking a sweat (7301, actually, same thing).
