Subject: IP unnumbered on the SVI interface

 The new feature introduced in the release Cisco IOS 12.22(18)SXF for Cisco
7609 switch IP unnumeberd on the SVI interface is not working.
 The following configs were made on Cisco 7609
 sorry i dont know the configs are missing.

The vlan is created on the cisco 3550.
 The link between 7609 and 3550 is trunk link.
 PC is no able to ping the 5.5.5.1 <http://5.5.5.1> address.
