[c-nsp] PACL on C6K

Has anyone actually tried using PACLs (Port Access Lists, i.e. 
access lists on L2 interfaces) on a Cat6500/720 running Native?

>From the documentation, it looks like it's not supported, which
strikes me as a bit odd, as both 2970/3560/3750 and 4500 can do 
that.
