[c-nsp] 12.2(18)SXF5 and CSM 4.2.4

Hi,

We've seen issues with CSMs running early 4.2.x code and the  
recommended path forward is 4.2.4 which also required SXF5 due to  
some config sync issues that were caused by both the CSM and Sup  
code.  Thought I'd ask out here for any first hand operational  
comments on the combination before we move forward with this.  Anyone  
running this combination, particularly on early CSM hardware revs ?
