I saw a similar thing on a SUP720-3BXL running 12.2(33)SRA just the
other day:

*** System received a Software forced crash ***
signal= 0x17, code= 0x24, context= 0x426810e4
PC = 0x402f7c1c, Cause = 0x1020, Status Reg = 0x34008002

Further boots all ended in a similar error within 10 minutes.

Reseating all the cards (SUP, SIP600, and WS-6704-10GE) and rebooting
appears to have fixed the problem. The box had been recently shipped
and installed, so it seemed plausible that a card may not have not
been seated correctly.

A second box running with the same hardware, software, and
configuration hasn't shown this problem to date.

Cheers,
Jonny.
